Maintenance and Operation of DG sets for standby power supply 3 shifts (Round the clock including Sundays and Holidays) during failure of electric supply from State Electricity Board, low voltage or as and when required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following DG sets:- DETAILS OF EQUIPMENT:- (a) Generating set of capacity 30KVA, 415 volts, 3 Phase -03 Nos complete with control panel board and change over switch. (b) DG set of 15KVA -02 complete with control panel board and change over switch. TASKS (a) Filling of DHPP in DG Sets and cleaning on installation and surrounding area daily. (b) Inspecting and tightening all loose electrical connections of LT panel board and change over switch. (c) Replacement of worn out spare parts as directed and periodical maint and specified. (d) Periodical maintenance comprising of weekly and monthly all as specified and directed.
NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1 (i) Fuel & Lubricant, other chemicals etc. will be issued under Sch 'B' for incorporation in the work. (ii) Proper daily log sheet as per sample for the DG Set shall be maintained (Stationary required for maintaining log sheets to be supplied by the contractor). (iii) Installation shall always be kept neat and clean. (iv) All Installations are required to be provided with required size tools ,rechet set , speners set, hand gloves, dangris , screw driver, sweeping materials, Torch light, First Aid Box etc are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (v) Cost of cleaning and Up keeping of MES installation/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small in equalities n. exc 15 cm deep at interval of 7 days (including removing vegetation/Shurb/bush wood/Under-growth) and carring away the rubbish to a distance of n.exc 50m away complete within fencing perimeter approx 40mX 50m are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.
