Providing and erecting temporary arch type portal frame steel structure with flooring of jute/red carpet, false ceiling and walls of white cloth neat and clean, Dome Decorative Entrance gate for Front side of entry, back side and both side full close by white side wall. Dome having minimum size 18 X100m and center height 7.93 m as per approved drawing. (As directed by University Engineer) for period of 28-31 January 2026 the stall to be ready before one day of program (Size of single Dome 18x100m 3Nos.)

Providing inter locking Fabricated Stall (Size should be 1.00X4.00X2.44 m) in extruded aluminium type with laminated panels. Each stall have to be provided two table with white cloths top & zalar, four chairs, three tube light, one stand fan, three plug points, Name board, one dust bin and 30 steel hooks for hanging exhibits will have to be provided as per requirements etc complete (As directed by University Engineer) from period of 28-31 January 2026 the stall to be ready before one day of program.

Providing and erecting decorated cloth mandap. The mandap frame should be made from 40 mm dia m.s. pipe or wooden ballies and ceiling and External walls covered by white side wall, Jute/red carpet for flooring, Ceiling height of stall is 3.65 meter mandap from period of 28-31 January 2026 the stall to be ready before one day of program.

Providing white Side Wall / Siding in front of Exhibition dome. Siding should be clean, & White. Height of wall 3.05 meter fitted on wooden balli/bambu etc. from period of 28-31 January 2026 the Siding to be ready before one day of program.

Providing and erecting decorative box type Entrance gate (1.20x1.20x6.10m) at the entrance of exhibition and separation of entrance gate for men and women, with at appropriate places from period of 28-31 January 2026 the Entrance gate to be ready before one day of program.

Providing House keeping with 20 sweepers Daily Cleaning of exhibition ground/site for four days with Uniform and labours for keeping campus cleaning, carting of wastage material, sweepers for keeping the toilets neat and clean etc. using sanitary material included etc. complete. Cleaning of exhibition site at regular interval will be required during the period of exhibition. Garbage has to be lifted (Approx.2 trip/day through vehicle) from ground on daily basis

Providing Signage / Parking board displaying general signage will have to be fixed at various places for information etc Size : 0.60X0.90 from period of 28-31 January 2026 the Boards to be ready before one day of program.

Providing 82.5 kv Generator sets for 24 hours power supply with fuel and operator during the work and during the period of exhibition. Set should be proper in working condition Nosiseless, smokeless. from period of 28-31 January 2026 for four days the Generator to be ready before one day of program.

Providing 62.5 kv Generator sets for 24 hours power supply with fuel and operator during the work and during the period of exhibition. Set should be proper in working condition Nosiseless, smokeless. The generator should be provided on 28-31 January 2026 for two days the Generator to be ready before one day one day for program.

Providing 2000 watt P .A. /Sound system with cordless mike, speaker and amplifiers, recording system at the Convocation Hall Size approximately 46.20 X 24.0 m. from period of 28-31 January 2026 the Sound system to be ready before one day one day for program.
