Dismantling of old M S structure ,digging of RCC foundation of four nos. vertical girder of M S structure, removing the RCC and cutting of M S structure, dismantling of G I pipe from submersible pump set to the water storage tank , lifting the dismantled material from the site. 1. MCD kaseruwalan 2. Behind police station Aram bagh, paharganj. 3. Bharat nagar paharganj.
MS Structure fabricated and welded with 4 nos. I section girder of size 80x150mmx4 meter long vertically for platform with clear space 2 mtr girder to girder. I section 4 nos. size 80x150mmx2mtr long welded at the top of girder for making the platform and 4 nos. I section girder of size 80mm x 150 mm welded in the bottom girder for supporting of vertical girder. 4nos. M S tee iron of size 50x6mm 2mtr long welded in between the top of girder and 8 nos. MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mmx6mm, 4m long welded across welded in cross between 2 nos. I section girder and 4 nos. MS Plate size 300x300x8mm welded in bottom of girder for grouting the M S sheet of size 2000 mm x2000mm x3.15 mm welded at the top of girder for proper supporting the water storage tank including red oxide primer and black enamel paint as per site requirement.
Fixing of M S structure about 600 mm deep after cutting of RCC road digging of earth and fixing of M S structure bricks masonary work as per site requirement.
Replacement of PVC water storage tank with cover &locking arrangement of 2000 LTR ,MAKE:- SPL/POLYWELL/Sintex/Vectus.
