Supply & Fixied in repair ,tiled false ceiling of Everest tile (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gsm, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20x0.40 mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width,including making good all the disturbed portion with existing surface with necesary arrangemnets of scaffolding all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs PVC Paneling with PVC panels of 9 mm thick and 250 mm wide interlocked type including angle or channels and necessary fittings as rawl plugs,screws adhesive etc complete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ -150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.Make - Tata Durashine , JSW Colouron+ or equivalent in Roffit( Shiv Shakti Fibre Udyog)

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ- 150) as in ridges, hips, valleys/rain water / roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.Make - Tata Durashine , JSW Colouron+ or equivalent in Roffit( Shiv Shakti Fibre Udyog)

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section,in any position, any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.06 above in fillets, rails, posts, rafters,purlins, etc. in section in any description .complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood (Sal) as in scantling, timber framed and fixed, clean sawn, complete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class soft wood (Chir) as in plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in sec clean sawn with nails area exc 13.00 Sqcm but n.exc 25.00 Sqcm. complete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

M&L 20 mm thick IInd class hard wood (Sal) boarding planed one side with butt joints and fixed with fixed with nails as in roofs , ceiling partition fasica , barge soffits etc (except flooring and skirting) ,complete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.
