Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking our embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cms thick (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone arrgegates) as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description excluding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-:each line wire to be measured.

Restraining resecuring including making good Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, as directed, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-:Each line wire to be measured.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

All as per Ser item No 09 here-in-before but except stone Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-7.5, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete , including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed blocks, lintels up to 1.5m clear span, bands etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Precast Plain cement concret, M-10, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone for stone walling and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not excluding 20mm for granite or trap stone,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raised pointing to randum rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PVC pipe 110mm dia, low density of pressure rating 4Kg/Sqcm, fixed in wall as weep holes in retaining wall, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks including inlet/ outlet chambers / manholes etc of any size / capacity and depth by bailing out water, taking out the sludge manually or mechanically (by tractor having sewage pump) and removing the waste materials to a distance exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 100m and nd burying the same in a pit (including excavation) and covering the sludge/ pit with soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge at site.

Cleaning/ clearing of manhole including inlet/ outlet chambers, etc of any capacity up to 1.5 mtr depth , including disposal of Sludge /waste up to 50m by manually or technically and burying the same in ( including excavating) and covering the sludge / pit with soil ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge at site.

Cleaning of drain pipe of 150mm bore, in horizontal or vertical position by rodding from manhole to manhole and upto septic tanks, well flushing after taking off existing manhole covers, taking out sludge and other materials causing blocking of the drain pipes,burrying the sludge / night soil waste in earth pits including excavation of pits,carriage and levelling of soil pits after burrying and covering of sludge with minimum 25 cm thick compacted layer of soil and removal of surplus soil, to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item 18 here-in-above but drain pipe of 100mm bore, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/ Clearance of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out, including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/ Clearance of blockage of kitchen , bath room and wash hand basin from main floor trap to gulley trap by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out, including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in foundation and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) unreinforced complete all as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

S & F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including, cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to FE-500 D complete all as specified.

All as per item No 26 above but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors,ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, framed work of water tanks, and similar work conforming to FE -410W Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or cuved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water or any description complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plasteron fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finshed even and smooth without using extra cement in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
