S&F for 2000 ltr Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position Including dismantling of existing water tank all as specified in SSR Part I

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles,padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof etc. complete all as specified and as directed....

M& L water proofing treatment to roof as specified below : -RCC surface shall be made dry, clean, even and checked for soundness .Removal of oll, dirt ,laitance and other contaminants by manually and surace shall be fair smooth finish. Chamfering the floor wall junctions with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 litre per 50kg bag of cement. Down take rain water pipe Annuar space packing using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent mixed water and filling as per manutacturer s specifications. Water ponding for minimum for 48 hours and injection grouting of construction joints, leaking spot, honey combs and wherever crack observed with cementatious pressure grouting with 40 psi pump using Cebex 100 or equivalent @225 gms mixed to 50kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Providing and applying water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces and 1.5mm thick with 2 coats with interval period of 6 hrs over (after complete drying of first layer) substrate at a coverage rate of 2 kg/ sqm using spray/ squeegee/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21 KN/m (ASTM D624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9/m (ASTM D412-90). Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finalized floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC screed to slope including providing batching, mixing , transporting, throufgh transit mixeres pumping and laying controlled screed concrete of M20 grade of 25 mm thick maintains a slope toward the drain and slope of 1:150 or required as per site condition at all levels by admixing necessary admixtures Conplast WL or equivalent at 150 ml per bag or cement and mixing graded fibrillated 100 % virgin poly propylene fibres in concrete at the rate of 0.90 kg per Cum as per manufactures specification .Treatment to continue along the vertical surface of 300 mm height in shape of round water curing of 6 mm x 10m shall be provided in every 5x5 mtr area the joints shall be treated with elastomeric sealants Nitoseal PU 40 or equivalent as per manufactutres instructions all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing completely existing expansion joints between columns & walls and cleaning the surface & gap thoroughly with wire brush/coir brush & water jet and filling the gap by providing metal cradle made out of aluminium sheet of 22 gauge and inserting 25 mm thick neoprime / thermocol /Shalitex pads and sealed with poly sulphide sealent minimum 40 mm deep 0.80 mm thick aluminium sheet fixed over the joint with rawl plugs & cadmium plated steel screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, 300 mm wide aluminium sheet of 22 gauge in shape of craddle fixed to RCC slab , filling up bitumen mastic from craddle up to the top of slab , then fill the gap up to the floor finish with polysulphide (Fosroc or equivalent approved makes) including removing the existing expansion joints packing completely , clean thoroughly with wire brush / coir brush & water jet etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The expansion joint on ceiling shall be covered with 200 mm wide Aluminium sheet of 22 gauge fixed with 35 mm long SS Screws fixed in PVC sleeves @ 300 mm C/C. for Floors

M&L 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm Perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size,fixed with stapples on snap grid frame work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for sunken floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L chipping off the disintegrated concrete of sunken slabs and sides and clean the area with wire brush and coir brush . Apply two coats of brush bond of M/s Fosroc or equivalent all sides and bottom of sunken slab and providing 10 mm thick CM 1:3 with water proofing liquid. Mix the part A and part B of the polymer modified cementitious coating mechanically using an electrically operated drilling machine fitted with mix paddle. Apply the same in two coats over the prepared surface one after the other dries up with a minimum interval of 4 hours between the coats. Providing pressure grouting in suspected areas of vertical and horizontal joints. The rate shall include all materials, machinery, labour etc. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 10 Years Guarantee certificate to be submitted by Contractor.

M&L cement concrete in sunken floor ,filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 D2 (using 40mm thick stone aggregate) etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 m thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc. completeall as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished rough .for receiving wall tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars, removing the debris with in a lido of 100 meters etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) or equivalent of PIDILITE/DOCTOR FIXIT/SIKA epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene but add in polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) or equivalent of PIDILITE/DOCTOR FIXIT/SIKA modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd.) or equivalent of PIDILITE/DOCTOR FIXIT/SIKA over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing additional reinforcement bars of 10mm dia and over in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including the charges for cutting , bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) or equivalent of PIDILITE/DOCTOR FIXIT/SIKA complete Including the cost of steel bars.completeall as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing of shear connectors of 8 mm dia inside 12 mm dia holes at 50 mm deep @ 500 mm C/C after cleaning the holes to remove the dust particles and fixing the shear connectors using Lokfix S ( Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) or equivalent of PIDILITE/DOCTOR FIXIT/SIKA polyster resin anchor grout complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Micro concrete of M35 Rederoc RG of Fosroc/ or equivalent of PIDILITE/DOCTOR FIXIT/SIKA and rate inclusive of steel shutter also etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be meassured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule)
