• The bidder should have carried out design/engineering, supply, erection/supervision of erection, commissioning/supervision of commissioning of at least one sewage Treatment Plant (STP)/ Water Treatment Plant (WTP)/Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of minimum capacity 1 MLD in any Central / State govt. Organizations / PSU/Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be a Central or State government organization or PSU / Public Limited Companies in the last Seven (7) years from the month previous to the one in which the enquiry is issued.
• Consortium bidding is not allowed
• As per Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Product Policy-2025 (Revised on 17.12.2025) the minimum domestic content of Capital Good* (%) should be minimum 60%.
* For the purpose of this project, capital goods shall mean supply of plant & equipment including technological structure as defined within the project scope.
• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 should not be less than Rs.5 Crore(Rupees five crores only). Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.
Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2025 as per audited annual accounts.
