Out sourcing for manning & operation to central type air cooled screw chillers AC Plant (3 x 60TR) capacity 2 units running at a time and 1units stand by attached to the hanger, installed at AC plant Shtil Artical Hanger for manning and operation by providing one refrigerator mechanic per each shift, 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays comprising of microprocessor controlled chillers-03 Nos., Chilled water pumps-02 Nos., AHUs-02 Nos., Hot water generators-02 Nos., Steam pumps-02 Nos., Air ducting, LT electrical panels-02 Nos., Chiller water line and all other accessories complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing for manning & operation to chilled water type AC plant (3 x 50TR) capacity-2 units running at a time and 1 units standby installed at Hanger No. 11, manning and operation by providing one refrigerator mechanic per each shift, 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays, comprising of LT panel board, substation incoming switch gear 315 KVA, 11KV, 3 phase, LT 433 V, 315 KVA transformer and capacitor bank of 145 KVAR complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 1 to 2 : (i) The rate quoted is also deemed to be included the cost of one emergency light, first aid box , one electrical shock treatment board, plant operational schematic diagram, DOs & DONTS chart, uniform for operator of the plant individuals working in the above location.

(ii) The duration of work shall be carried out continuously in three shifts consisting of eight hours per each shift including Sundays and Holidays.

(iii) The unit rate is deemed to be included for charging refrigerant gas, filling compressor oil, maintaining log books, record of repairs/ replacement of defective/ unserviceable consumables such as grease, cotton cloth & cotton waste, emery paper, soap precipitate, gland rope, Teflon tape & washers, minor adjustments, minor repairs to plant, cleaning/ up keeping of the plant and surrounding area of AC plant and weekly maintenance of checking/ servicing/ repairs of electrical panel boards/ electrical connection .

(iv) Plant will be handed over to the contractor in good condition for maintenance and operation. The same shall be handed over to the Deptt in good condition on completion of work as mentioned in Work Order No 01 upto and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(v) Operator shall be ITI AC mech who is conversant of electrical & AC Refrigerant controls with defect rectification knowledge.

Out sourcing for manning & operation to Acoustic diesel engine driven generating set 500 KVA, 250 KVA, 415 V, 3 Phase, neutral, 50 Hz floor mounted water cooled with all accessories including exhaust piping complete with silencer, batteries (Four Nos.) and battery charger with generating panel with engine make Cummins and alternator make Stamford alongwith LT panel, 500 KVA transformer indoor type 11/0.433KVA, 3 Phase, AMF panel-02 Nos., 11 KV HT VCB 400 Amps rupturing capacity 250 MVA-1 No., 500 KVA voltage stabilizer-01 Nos., APFC panel 300 KVAR distributed at five steps capacitor-02 Nos., LT panels 1000 Amps & 600 Amps-02 Nos. located at Shtil Hanger, for manning and operation by providing one Fitter General Mechanic per each shift, 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified in and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Diesel and Engine oil will be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling.)

Outsourcing for manning & operation to diesel engine driven generating set 320 KVA, 415V, 3 phase neutral, 50Hz floor mounted water cooled with all accessories including exhaust piping complete with silencer, batteries (two Nos) and battery charger with generating panel Make: Greaves rated HP 396 (Engine Sl No.132512805203) Model No. TBD 2V 12 MK-11P and alternator make : Stamford HC444E1 Sl No NO8E13428, 320 KVA along with LT panel, transformer indoor type 315 KVA, 11KV, 3 phase, LT 433 volt along with LT panel complete with capacitor banks VCB`s LT panel complete with incoming and outgoing ACB of 630 Amps for 500 KVA transformer and 630 Amps changeover switch and maintaining daily log sheet for engine LT and HT panels located at Hanger No.11 for manning and operation by providing one Fitter General Mechanic per each shift , 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Diesel and Engine oil will be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling.)

Notes for Item Nos.1 to 4: 1. Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher. The payment shall be made to the workers through a nationalised bank and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RARs/FB for payments. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, Safety etc. and insurance of all tradesmen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations.

Supply only compressor oil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only gas R134A complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
