Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x75 x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos ,8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed

M&L for advance maintenance free chemical earthing with JMV CBE 403 enviornment friendly ring earthing system consisting each set of 03 (three) Nos of 10 (ten) feet length 40 mm dia earth eletrode made out by copper, maintenance free electrolytic grade copper earthing system of JMV make based on flat in pipe technology of 3 Mtrs length , 40 mm dia with crystalite conductive mixture compound filled withthe permanent sealings at the top & bottom with the lead terminal / strip in 25x4 mm size copper with 2 holes of 10 mm dia at the top , to be lowered in 150 mm dai bore including filling of back fill ecofriendly earth enhancing compound tested by ROHS comply to IEC 62651-7 which should have passed leaching ,corrosion, sulpher & resistivity test as per IEC 62651-7 by NABL accredit LAB/JAM plus compound in 150 mm bore in immediate contract around the earth electrode and top of the bore shall be finished with 40 mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B 1 over 75 mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D-2 and backfilly/ JAM compound shall be covererd with FRP pit cover of suitable size for each earth electrode , joint to be made by JAM weld exothermically welded technology including copper strip size 50 x 6 mm for earthing ring system and copper strip 32x6 mm size for earthing electrode to test point with saddles & porcelain insulators suitable size on wall ,earth strip protected by light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia in case of plinth protection / floor/ hard standing crossing complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 1. Earth work , PCC work, PCC cutting work by cutter, earth chamber in suitable size with testing on suitable value etc rate shall deemed to be included in quoted rate 2. If the value of Earth resistance not less than 1 ohms, the contractor should replace the earthing with no extra cost. 3. T&P required for measuring of earth resistance shall deemed to be included in quoted rates)

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers, check nuts made out of copper all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 1. Earth work , PCC work, PCC cutting work by cutter, earth chamber in suitable size with testing on suitable value etc rate shall deemed to be included in quoted rate 2. If the value of Earth resistance not less than 0.5 ohms, the contractor should replace the earthing with no extra cost. 3. T&P required for measuring of earth resistance shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.)

Supply and fixing copper strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for wall/roof conductors above ground level all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing copper strip 25 x 4 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for wall/roof conductors above ground level all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe for drawn through to strip light grade dia of bore 40 mm laid in trench/ fixing with surface of wall with all fittings complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers protected by galvanized iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed with and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI and pre cast RCC 1:1.5 : 3 type A1, cover slab of size 30 cm cx 30 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars both ways @ 10 cm C/C with one lifting handle made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, funnel wiremesh, 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil complete all as shown on electrical plate No 2 MES schedule part – I and testing on complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised Iron strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for wall/roof conductors above ground level all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
