Outdoor Lighting Panel : (a)Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor Lighting Panel with the following: Incoming: 40A TP MCB and 40A 100mA 4P RCCB, 40A contactor, an astronomical timer, digital multifunction meter, C.T., indicating lights (R,Y,B, ON, OFF) Outgoing: 10A SP MCB - 4 Nos. The panel shall be provided with copper bus bar and other accesories. The panel should be made of atleast 2mm thick CRCA sheet with provision for hinges, gasket, etc. The panel shall be painted with RAL 7032. The panel should have IP55 protection with rain hood canopy. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions and 400 mm high from ground level (Including necessry civil works as per releavant IS codes).

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size:- (a)3Cx 6sqmm (round wire armoured)

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium cable of 1.1kv grade (without cost of cable ) as required. (a) 3Cx 6sqmm

Outdoor Illumination: Supply , Installation and Testing of following fixtures for guard room, basement , Street light etc. with All complete work.(a) Supply of LED Post topfixture Philips BDP102 LED50/830 DS PCC GR MSP 62P or equivalent, Suitable for mounting as per requirement (Including necessry civil works as per releavant IS codes)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 6m MS pole with Sleeves, PU paint as per technical specifications. The paint thickness shall be of 80-90 micron. (Similar to Bajaj ALFIOS with canary bracket)

Earthing Protection: (a)S.I.T.C. of Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr. long and 40mm dia, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as per specification.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode complete as per specification.

Supplying and laying 25mmx6mm G.I. strip at 0.50 mtr. Below ground level for earth electrode conductor, including soldering etc. as required.(for Panel earthing)

HDPE Pipe for cable:(a) Supply of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes of following dia hume pipe/HDPE Pipes for crossing the cables under the roads and paved areas & underground cable protection as per IS 14930 Part II. With necessary connecting socket/couplings, tees of some material at required depth up to 900 mm below road ground surface. excavation, backfilling of with light ramming is included in the scope. 40mm

New Electricity connection charges and Liasoning charges (Lum sump) including cable, meter,new connection charges, security deposit, etc.
