COMPREHENSIVE MAINT/REPAIR OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES AT INS DRONACHARYA AND SMA RAMESWARAM UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Comprehensive maintenance of fire pump house and connected control gear, equipment including testing functionality of all electric and mechanical components cleaning, lubrication of pumps and all mechanical parts for the following fire pump houses and complete systems installed at all connected buildings, complete all as specified and as directed. (a)SMA Rameswaram Fire pump house. (b)Map Phase I Fire Pump House SMA Rameswaram (c)66 MCPOs Fire pump house SMA Rameswaram (d)LAVANI bldg Fire Pump House (e)JACOB bldg Fire Pump House (f)Gandhari Fire Pump House INS Dronacharya. (g) Vishnu, Bhisma, Balram, Gopal, Lathika, Mahanadi, Rajput, Bechan and Krishna Building Fire pump house at INS Dronacharya. The firefighting system consists the following :- (i) Main Pump, Engine pump, Jockey pump, Terrace Pump, Booster Pump, LT Control Panels, Control wiring, Yard hydrant, Brigade inlet, addressable panel and annunciator, Manual call points and alarm system, single/double hydrant outlets, fire hose outlets, Pressure gauges, Air release valve and all connected accessories entire premises at INS Dronacharya and SMA Rameswaram

Supply, fixing, in repairs testing and commissioning of Industrial type Pressure Switch having 1/4" BSP(F) connection IP:32 enclosure protection, phosphor bronze bellows as sensing element, SDPT contact system, switch rating 6A Inductive/ lOA resistive 380 V AC, 0.2A Inductive/10A resistive 250V DC suit with ball valve etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing in repairs Pressure Gauge 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure of 21Kg/Sqcm, 3/8" BSP bottom entry, weather proof with stainless steel internals, siphon tube and ball valve including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to fire hydrant box, fire pipe line, fire pump, panel and yard post etc. with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of red colour over a one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Fire Hydrant Landing Valve Type A (Single Head Outlet) type with SS female coupling valve conforming to IS:5290-1993 having 80mm dia inlet with PVC Cap and locking mechanism, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs horizontal type Cast Iron Dual Plate Non-return valve 100mm dia of approved quality conforming to API-594 standards with nuts, Bolts, Washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gun metal gate valve 40 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs testing and commissioning of Gun metal Ball valve 25mm dia PN 1.6 with rubber insertion nuts, Steel Ball with hand lever operated screwed end conforming to IS 554 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Cast Iron Butterfly valve class PN 1.6 of 100mm dia with rubber insertion nuts, SG iron or DI Disc hand lever operated type with flanges, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. conforming to IS 13095, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of weather proof Hose box made of 18-gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16-gauge MS sheet painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside yard and locking arrangements suitable to accommodate internal hydrant 2 Nos with15m long hose pipe, 2 No. branch pipe, fittings etc. The cabinet shall be painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red externally and white internally and shall be suitably mounted on concrete bases complete all as specified and as directed.
