Digging of trench 0.6 mtr deep x 0.5 mtr wide refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc complete. Hard soil

Providing and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150 mm all-round the cable

Supplying and laying of country bricks of size of 8”x4”x3” for cover the cable.

Supply of 240 Watt LED floodlight luminaire with pressure die cast aluminium housing body for optimal thermal dissipation. Lamp compartment comprising of anti glare clear diffuser with injection moulded polycarbonate/clear glass material, delivering supirior light output. (refer detailed technical Specifications)

Fixing LED floodlight over existing pole cross arm including clamps, bolts, nuts and wiring using suitable capacity wires

Supplying heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe of following sizes confirming to IS 2509 with suitable size bends, junction boxes, adhesive paste etc. and fixing using inverted wood plugs in case of RCC ceiling and RCC wall/stone structure or rawl plugs in case of brick walls and cement plastering the damaged portion using heavy gauge saddles at an interval of 700 mm using NF screws.

Supply and drawing 3 C X 2.5 Sq mm flexible multicore copper cable manufactured with electrolytic grade flexible copper with low conductor confirming to IS:8130-1984 and (Virgin) PVC insulation sheathed suitable for working voltage up to 1100 volts as per IS-694:1990.

Providing stone masonary foundation for control panel and the dimension of the foundation 800(W) X 1000(H) X400(D) mm and the gap between the pillars is 350 mm for cable connection to the control panel. The foundation starts 300 mm below the ground after making 100 mm stone soiling and curing etc. The panel should be stand on the 4 stainless stell bolts (12mmX6") each bolt with four nuts & washers at 50 mm height from the foundation and complete.

Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for panel using 40mm dia, 2.90 mm thick GI pipe 2.5 Mtr long with funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400 X400X400 mm with cast iron cover. The electrode shall have staggered holes of 12 mm dia and the electrode covered 150 mm alround with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the elctrode is to be established through GI strip 25X3 mm from electrode to control panel 2 runs using GI bolts, nuts and washers. (including supply of GI strips)

Supply and installation/fixing/provision of pole box with HRC fuse/MCB provision (02 Nos.) and suitable connector/terminal for 3ph/1 ph connections with loop-in and loop out terminals for 35 sq mm 3.5 C Al/Ar/Cu/Ar cable and branch out 2.5 sqmm 3 core Al/Cu PVC insulated cable, enclosed in a thermoplastic, polystyrene enclosure, which should be shockproof, safe, IP 65 (weather proof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof having internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry thorugh IP65 Thermoplastic, polyamide glands and/or grommets. Size: 260mmX210mmX116mm

Supplying and fixing 125 amps, 25 ka, four pole Moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) over existing panel board using necessary screws, bolts nuts, necessary phase seperators, handle and wiring complete. Protection of overload and short circuit with thermal magnetic/Micro processor release and earth fault as per IS-13947. (Icu=Ics)

Supplying and fixing 10 amps, DP, miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution boards using necessary fixing materials and C type curve, indicator On/Off, energy cross-3 with short circuit breaking capacity of 10K and complete wiring as required confirming to IEC 60898

Part-II - Providing LT UG cable in place of old for High Mast Tower at Railway Marshalling Yard.

Supplying and Laying of RCC NP3 Hume pipe of 300 mm dia with required collar as complete job.

Supplying and laying of country bricks of size of 8”x4”x3” for cover the cable.
