M&L for applying layer of birla wall care putty on wall/ceiling surfaces incl rubbing down the surfaces with sand paper after getting dried all as directed to obtain a smooth & even surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick wall including raking out jonts, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- all as above but 10mm thick in C.M 1:3 on ceiling surfaces

M&L repair to chajjas by means removing loose/weak concrete materials and taking down old disturbed plaster from all sides ( bottom,top,sides, inc fin/facia of chajja etc ) cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying cement slurry 3.00 Kg/Sqm by brushing and fixing of chicken wiremesh of mesh size 25mm to 50mm, dia of wire 1.00mm to 1.40mm fixed with steel screws where required and then applying 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and finished even and fair and then applying three coats of white wash including necessary form work and scaffolding as in ground floor (height upto 2.80 Mtr) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepaqration of old wall surafce by scrubbing down old wall surface and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane including hacking out old glass pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old steel window with side hung shutters incl. projecting or box type hinges, steel handle and steel peg stay and refixing in same opening after necessary repair, welding and replacing damaged / missing part and making good dismantled portion of walls incl. PCC bed block and rendering on jambs / cill / soffit etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix steel windows with side hung shutters incl box type hinges, steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bar, dovetailed or welded incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix steel ventilator with top/side hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay incl taking taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel window with pressed steel frame size 95x45x1.25mm side hung shutter including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazed openable shutter without glazing bar open inside dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed and all as per the TD No /088 dt 07 Jan 2002. NOte (i) Two shutter ie wire gagued and glazed shall be fixed in one complete frame and both shutter shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) MS grill shall be measued and paid separetly unde relevent item of schedule.

Supply & fix Glazed ceramic tiles (coloured shade) 300x200x6 to7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces as in dado/skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Make:Kajaria/ Somany/Orient).

Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (as approved) (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

First quality ,Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (of approved shade) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,complete all as specified.

Material & labour for granite stone slab 15 to 18mm thick of any shade including grinding/moulding and polishing fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 14 to 16mm thick Udaipur Green Stone, polished (table rubbed & polished) as in floors, kitchen platforms, borders etc. over & including 15mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 borders incl rounding of edges complete all as specified & directed. by Engr-in-charge

Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 - B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 25mm dia MS fancy type vista pattern curtain rod of approved finish of superior quality including fancy type knobs at both ends, bracket for supports & rings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair vitreous china squatting pan "Orrissa" pattern of size 580X440mm white with integral footrests excluding flushing cistern including connection to trap and cistern,, flush pipe and making good disturbed surface of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white, with 'P' or 'S' trap including connection to trap and cistern and flush pipe excluding flushing cistern) including PVC white seat cover, closed pattern fixed with aluminium hinging device and making good to disturbed surface of floor, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed. by GE/Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix PVC low level flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity fixed in repair including siphon float valve and rubber cone etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Commander/ slimline/waterbird or as approved by GE/ Engineer-in charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
