Demolition doors, windows and clear storey windows, ventilators etc, (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architarves, holdfasts and other attachments etc., complete and stacking them within 100 metres lead.
Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500 ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proof compound/ 100 ml of Integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.
Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chamberedframe with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforcedwith 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. But no extra payment on this account shall be made.
-do- Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh(Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).
SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATERPROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION.
A. Surface preparation – Cleaning the whole area with wire brush. Chipping all loose/dead mortar thoroughly. Cleaning the entire area with high pressure water jetting to remove all loose particles/grease/oil/dust/dirt/curing compound etc. Surface cracks must be filled with Mix Build GP and wide cracks must be cut and repaired with Mix build SR polymer modified repair mortar. B) Application of Mix Guard HR5 – five layer system with brush.
1. First layer – MIX PRIME AC-100 Apply base prime coat using Mix Prime AC100 compound which is produced by mixing Mix Prime AC-100 with water and cement at the ratio 2:1:3 (Mix prime AC 100 : water : cement) by volume with a slow speed drill with paddle. This compound shall be applied with sufficient thickness to cover the holes/pores/cracks @ 1 lit/sq.m area (0.35 Lt of MIX Prime AC100/sq.m)
2. Second Layer – MIX MAT GFM 70/50 Mix mat GFM70/50 Synthetic fibre reinforced mesh shall be spread on the top of the primer/in mix with Mix prime AC100 in the wet condition and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8 hours. A minimum overlap of 100 mm to be provided at the joints i.e. at 1.10 sq.m/sq.m. The Mix mat GFM Mesh shall confirm to the technical specification as per the manufacturers data sheet.
3. Third Layer – MIX PRIME AC Apply one coat of Mix Prime AC water based acrylic primer (with undiluted material) over the MIX mat GFM mesh @ 0.25 Kg/sq.m as a water tight primer in white colour and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours.
4. Fourth layer – MIX GUARD HR (Base Coat) Apply one coat of Mix Guard HR acrylic based water proof and weather proof coating in white colour (with undiluted material) @ 0.50 kg/sq.m as a membrane on top of Mix prime AC and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours.
5. Fifth Layer – Mix Guard HR Extra (Top Coat) Apply one coat of Mix Guard Hr Extra acrylic based fibre reinforced water proofing and heat reflective membrane in white colour on top of Mix Guard HR base coat (With undiluted material) @ 0.50 kg/sq.m. And allow to dry the system for period of 24 hours to allow foot traffic.
Note: All the materials namely Mix Prime AC100, Mix Mat GFM70, Mix Prime AC, Mix Guard HR and Mix Guard HR Extra shall be procured for the entire work order quantity based on the consumption/coverage area as specified in the specification and shall be ensured by Engineer-in-charge. The Mix Guard HR5 layer system shall be carried out as per FAB Specifications.
Tensile strength : 6.00 N/mm2 (ASTM D412 – 87) Adhesion to substance : > 1.5 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541) for MIX PRIME AC100 slurry with HP tiles, cementitious substrate and subsequent layers. Appearance: White/Grey/Terracotta liquid components Dry film apperance : Joint free membrane Density : 1.3 gm/cc
Tear strength : > 17 N/mm2 (ASTM D1004-76) Elongation at break : 200% for the system (ASTM D638) DFT of cured membrane : 1500 to 1700 microns Total Solids content: 68% + 2% . Water penetration : No leak at 7 bars +ve side (DIN 1048) Application temperature : 5 deg C to 50 deg C Touch dry: 2 hrs at 25 deg C Recoatable : 6-8 hrs at 25 deg C Full cure: 7 days.
SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATERPROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE WITH Roofcare-prc 5 Systems or equivalent ( ROOFCARE PRC 5 (Armstrong) / ZORICOAT PFC 5 (PMCC)/ POWER SAC 5 L (EBT)/ WATERSHIELD 5 LWC.
a). Ist Layer : Black coloured chemcial treatment : Providng and application of one coat of High bonding, flexible bituminous polyurethane blended bituminous coating with – Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent Ist Layer diluting with water at 1 : 1 ratio as a primer coat at a consumption of 200 ml per Sqm.
b). IInd Layer : Providing and laying of Fibre Mesh 40 GSM, with 1 Mtr width and 50 mm overlap on the primed surface.
c). IIIrd Layer : Grey coloured coating : Providing and application of one coat of Acrylic rubberized elastomeric flexible waterproof grey coating with – Roofcare prc 5 systems ASTM-C 836 or equavalent or equavalent diluting with 50% of water at a consumption of 400 ml per Sqm.
d). IVth Layer : white colured coating : Providing and application of one coat of High solid, cold applied, Fibre reinforced acrylic elastomeric waterproof membrane off white coating –Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent coating (add the water upto 200ml ) (Consumption of 350ml per Sqm ).
e). Vth Layer : super white reflective coating : Application of one coat of 100% pure acrylic solar reflective pure white coating with Roofcareprc 5 systems Confirming to ASTM -C 297 or equavalent solar refective coating diluting with 20% of water (Consumption of 300ml per Sqm ).
Note : THE ABOVE TREATMENT WILL BE GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS
