Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2.00 but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on surface of any description of brick work or concrete surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, up to 12 mtr height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) including Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, up to 12 mtr height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in steel trusses, purlins, roof railings, grills etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing framed work of water tanks and similar work including pintal hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts, MS pipes for cattle trap & other members etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain, cement concrete Type 1:2:4 B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
