The service charges mentioned above are exclusive of taxes.

We also understand that-

1. The weightage added in the above table is indicative only and just for the purpose of calculation by using QCBS. It in no way indicates the amount of business that shall be provided to the selected bidder.

2. Our Financial Proposal shall be binding upon us up to the expiration of the validity period of the Proposal, as per RFP.

3. The Financial Proposal is without any condition.

4. The service charges quoted by us are inclusive of all not specifically mentioned in the RFP document, but essential for successful completion of assignment.

5. We undertake that in competing for and, if the award is made to us, in executing the above travel assistance services, we will strongly observe the laws against fraud and corruption in force in India.

6. These rates would be valid for the period of assignment.
