REPAIR / RESURFACING OF ROADS AND ALLIED WORKS IN NORTH COMPLEX UNDER AGE B/R-II AT IMA DEHRADUN

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm and removing scarified material outside IMA premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 sqm (VG-10) using paving bitumen over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG -30 grade laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tone power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi- dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG - 30 grade) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retroreflactive glass beads of colour white /red /yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable cat eyes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colour red/yellow /blue /gree tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125 x 125 mm of height 20 mm fixing with epoxy. Led's solar cell battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 nights after full charge in 8-10 hours including removal of old unseviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for IP 67 grading 4 LED customizable flashing /blinking solar delinators polycarbonate (clear & UV resistart) body mounted on 1m long MS pole 65mm dia powder coated alongwith coated mesh having red, yellow & white coloured (total 3 Nos) reflactive tapes of high intensity solar panel should be mono crystalline /poly crystalline 4 volts /300 MA or above with minimum 48 hrs bakup on flash mode after fully charged including earthwork and fixing in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, size of PCC block shall be 200 x 200x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 thick single coat layer as in lines, dashed, arrows, letters etc on roads marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), White /Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking mahine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, tianium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers. Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sign board of any size made out, 3.00mm thick aluminium composite panel covered with green colour retro reflective sheet on both side of panel fixed on existing frame with screws, writing letters, logo and arrow as per direction with white reflective tap complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory fabricated kerb stone made in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agrigate of size 300x300x150mm laid over PCC jointed and pointed in CM 1:3, crushing strength of block not less than 2 KN/Sqmm as approved complete all as specified and directed.
