REPAIR/ MAINT OF HANGER DOORS, MOTORS, HANGER WIRINGS AND SUN SHELTER WIRING, EARTHING AND MISC E/M WORKS AT AF STN TEZPUR

M&L for repair and maint of control panel of Motorized door of any type after disconnecting of incoming / outgoing connection, checking the serviceability of all components i.e existing contactors, push button actuator, limit switch, indicator lights, replacement of burnt out PVC insulated copper wire, copper thimble, re-connecting the same after thorough cleaning and testing all as required and directed at site. (NOTE : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

Supply & fix in repair for three core 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated & PVC round sheatehed multicore bright annealed bare copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 V, Colour of cores are red, blue, yellow & yellow/green for earthing and sheathed colour is black complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair for three core 2.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated & PVC round sheatehed multicore bright annealed bare copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 V, Colour of cores are red, blue, yellow & yellow/green for earthing and sheathed colour is black, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair for three core 4.0 sqmm FR PVC insulated & PVC round sheathed multicore bright annealed bare copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 V, Colour of cores are red, blue, yellow & yellow/green for earthing and sheathed colour is black complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair for Limit switch 1 NO +1 NC, 415 Volt, 50 HZ, 1.5 A, AC15/ DC 13 thermal current 10 A/240 V AC/30 V DC rated impulse voltage 1.5 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair for LED illuminated push button actuators with ultra bright LED complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair for 3 pole contactors AC operated for controlling 3- phase motors and power circuits upto 690 V AC with auxiliary contacts 1 NO / 1 NC, 22 Amps AC1 duty and 9 Amp AC3 rating 415 V, 4 KW, with front mounted single pole add on blocks CAX-10 & CAX-01, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable carrier assembly heavy duty PVC body fixed on hanger door at height of 5 m to 10m, complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Repair / maintenance of Motorized door after taking down, removing all the serviceable fittings for refixing after replacement of worn and unserviceble Chain, Gear, Jubli Clamp, cable connector etc. After servicing cleaning, oiling, greasing of motor, chain, gear of electric motor for mechanical/electrical operated door Re-Installation of the same, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Spare parts shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant items.

M&L stainless steel Gear (2" & 4", 1Nos smaller and 1 Nos Larger) and all as specified and directed.
