(A) Pipe Works: (Item Rate) E/work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mtr. for cutting edge.

Providing and fixing of GI pipes complete with cost of G.I pipes / fittings / gate valves / sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / all types of pipe specials as per site requirement including handling of all type of carriages of material to the sites of work, interconnection at tapping point and delivery point with the exisiting system, (complete rate to be quoted by the Contractor) excluding trenching and refilling etc. GI pipe 100mm dia (Medium)

B) Mechanical Works: (Turn key basis) Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of standby HC pump set of 5000 GPH x 150 mtrs head along with allied works.

Design, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel for HC pump set.

Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 kva voltage stablizer along with allied works .

C) Civil Works: Construction of compound wall around the structure (Item Rate) Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. On plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 metres and lit upto 1.5 m , as directed by Engineer- in - Charge. All kind o soil from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Dumping and supply of stone in Horizontal on level

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundation, footings, base for columns .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including curing cement mortar 1:6 (1cement 6 course sand)

Extra for Brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Carriage of soling stone/ boulders by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work for an av. Distance of 10 km.

Carriage of Brick from klin to site of work by M.T 05 km
