Material and labour for complete demolition of existing sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish off the premises, cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/sqm and grouting 25mm thick cement concrete type cement type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) on sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) Material and labour for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr. FIXIT pidifin 2K manufactured by M/S Piditite Industries Ltd or equivalant) and followed by a overlay protective screed 15mm thick CM(1:3) alongwith liquid water proofing compound approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after preparation as mentioned above method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating is followed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for demolition of existing treatment Mud Phuska, PCC Treating of joints of honey combs with using crack fill chemical of Dr fixit or STP and providing 25 mm thick PCC (1:3) with 4 to 7 mm size stone chipping (1 cement:3 stone aggregate) with WPC (if ordered by Engineer-in-Charge) over roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC (If ordered by Engineer-in-Charge), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.5 Kg per Sqm and laid 3 mm thick APP modified five layer polymeric membrance, minimum weighing 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) with torch application mathod as per manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75 mm and end over lap 100 mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surface with grooves & make good in cement mortar 1:3 finally finished with bituminous alominium paint @ 0.20 Kg /Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed. including taking down existing treatment (membrane) including picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Make : STP/SIKKA/PIDILITE as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm dia bore chromium plated concealed stop cock, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm dia bore gun metal gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair precast cement concrete lovours and jalles 50mm thick including alkl moulding , of 1:2:4 type B-0( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 50202.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 18 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
