Construction of Nardangipentha-I Check Dam in Harichandanpur Block of Keonjhar District under MATY for the Year 2026-27

Clearing shrub jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading , unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. inter spread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by EIC within an initial lead of 1 km. from the place of excavation complete.

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement Cement concrete M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding and lying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Weight of binding wire is not included for payment)

Providing and removing rigid smooth centering and shuttering for C.C./R.C.C. work including cost and conveyance of the materials required for the work complete in all respect and removal including making good to the damaged surface where necessary with all scaffolding, gangway etc. including all labour, T&P materials, complete as directed by E.I.C.

Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials and labours, T&P complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights with H.Stone of size 15cm - 30cm including cost, conveyance, royalty to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1 km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50 cm layer to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all lifts including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition, layers not exceeding 0.30 m in depth including royalty of earth etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
