Dismantling W.C. Pen of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in – charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4( 1 Cement : 2 fine sand :4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in – charge. Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing & fixing super lates-302(SBR based) water proofing expert (Dr. Fixit ) over R.C.C slab with 3(three) component by mixing super latex, water & cement at 1:4:7 or as per Manufacturer recommendation in/c cleaning the roof surface with wire brushed & with cleaned water before application & curing the chemicals by sprinkling water for 3-5 days after application of water proofing components complete as per direction of the Eng-in charge and technical recommendation of the manufacturer

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make0 modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4( 1 cement: 4 fine sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. Of cement used) as per specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers

Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC/RCC/Brick works in joints to receive new and fresh CC/RCC/Brick works including roughening and cleaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

12mm ement plaster of mix (i) Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (Steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : of area 3 sqm and below
