S&F 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade fixed to poles/Walls etc, for holding Air termination with coupling and including taking down old unservisable GI steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & Labour point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, single core, drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20mm dia with all flame proof accessories such as junction box, MS coupling, unions branch, reducers, elbow, sealing conduit etc. including including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS Cable (green colour) 1100 volts grade, single core as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light point / fan Point controlled by one one way switch and including taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light/fan) complete inclusive of all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, sockets, fittings etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of floors/walls/ceiling etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Dressing of Sub main wiring of any size by dismantiling of existing Point wiring/Sub main wiring and old broken casing caping/steel conduit replace with new casing caping/steel conduit of existing size from site and making good disturbed surfaces of floors/walls/ceiling etc complete all as directed. Note: Casing caping/Steel conduit shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only Casing caping of size 25 mm.

Supply only Steel conduit of size 20 mm.

M&L rewinding of unserviceable flame proof ceiling fan rotor of any make and 1200 mm sweep size with original gauge of super enamelled copper wire after necessary cutting, removing burnt winding of flame proof Ceiling Fan from core and cleaning all parts including insulation materials, varnishing, heating and replacement of unserviceable spare parts such as capacitor, bearing etc and painting the fan with blade and including testing on full load current all as directed. Note:- (i) Taking down of ceiling fan and refixing shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Unit rate of this item is including the cost of transportation charges from original site to workshop and back from work shop to original site.
