PROVN OF ARBORICULTURE WORK FOR INDUCTION OF TWO SU-30 MKI SQNs AT AIRFORCE STATION HALWARA

PHASE-I Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply only and stacking of good earth as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge at site brought by the contractor outside of MOD land at his own arrangement including royality and deposited on natural ground by trimming it properly and filling upto 30 cm depth. Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % of volume including for payment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, stacking and dumping manure of neem cake and cow dung of good qualities screened through sieve of IS designation 4.75mm as approved by GE / Engr-In-Charge including carriage outside from MOD land (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) complete all as specified and directed

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep for the area Coming under cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings and trimming of natural ground,rough excavated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling of sludge / dump manure and good earth in required thickness and proportion (cost of sludge, dump manure and good earth to be paid separately as per ser item No. 3 & 4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mixing with earth, sludge or manure (neem cake and cow dung in ratio 1:10 by volume) in proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Digging holes in ordinary soil and filling the good learth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of:2:1 by volume-(2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed (a) Holes 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep (2000 Nos) (b) Holes 1.20 m dia and 1.20 m deep (280 Nos).

M & L for Grassing with natural carpet grass selection No i grass including watering till the grass forms a thick lawn fill free from weeds and fit for mowing includng supply of good earth and manure if needed (in rows 7.5 cm apart ineither direction Maintenance of the lawn incl watering ,cleaning weeding,fertilisation ,watchup to avoid animal entry,cutting of lawns ,hedge, creeper. ground Cover,shrubs trees and remain responsible for replacement of deadplants, shrubs, grass and other casualities complete all as specified and directed

Maintenance of Arboriculture for one year, including spreading of cow dung of chemical, removal of waste leafs and supply water and replace dry plant in 1st Year complete all as specifiedand directed
