Notes:

The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable against this contract including but not limited to corporate tax, personal tax and any other statutory levies as applicable under this contract.

The above rates shall be firm during the entire Contract Period, and no escalation will be allowed under any circumstances.

Payment shall be made as per the payment terms mentioned in STCC.

Payment shall be made as per actual, limited to quantity indicated above and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and there is no minimum guaranteed billing.

As per Notification No. 02/2021- Integrated Tax (Rate) dt. 02.06.2021, GST applicable for "Maintenance, repair or overhaul services in respect of ships and other vessels, their engines and other components or parts" would attract GST@5%. Bidder to note and take into consideration the referred Notification and quote their prices accordingly.

For imported material/ spares covered under List-33 under Custom Notification 30/2024-Customs dated 23.07.2024 against the Contract, ONGC shall arrange to provide Certificate and Undertaking for obtaining EC to avail Customs Duty exemption, if required. However, securing EC shall exclusively rest on M/s BMC and ONGC shall not be liable for any rejection. The materials impoted by M/s BMC shall be used for petroleum operations.

For imported material/ Customs Duty Non-Exempted Spares which are not covered under List-33 under Custom Notification 30/2024-Customs dated 23.07.2024 against the contract, Customs Duty shall be paid by M/s BMC and will be the sole responsibility of M/s BMC.

All imports and import clearances for material/ spares either covered under above referred list 33 or otherwise including freight, insurance, custom handling and clearances charges, payment of Customs Duty, port charges, demurrage etc. required for overhaul job under the contract shall be the responsibility of M/s BMC. ONGC shall not provide any assistance in this regard.
