Maintenance of 20 Men full wall barrack size (51x23) in_c 5_ front varandah by providing Galvalume sheets roofing_ MDF ceiling_ floor tiles and painting etc. at AC Rama Rao_ R.K Nagar. (Barrack no. B_3)

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead :1) Of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level i) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. i) Hot finished welded type tubes

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 0.50mm thickness

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete : a) Local Teak Wood, i) 50 x 12 mm.

Providing and fitting, fixing Medium Density Fiber hard board sheet ceiling with wooden beading, nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (wooden beading will be paid separately) a) 6 mm thick sheet.
