Construction of Road work from NH-31 Salempur Road to Sobantha Dalit Basti. (Length- 800 m)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on preapared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC ,and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired dencity, complete as per technical specification clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical spec. clause 405.3 compacted thickness 75 mm

Brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8 cm. (3") wide 12 cm. (4.50") deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labours, T&P etc. complete. S.I. No. 765

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.(1)

Providing and applying tack coat with Emulsion (R.S.-1) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machanical broom as per 503 (ii) of MORD data book

Providing and applying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penitation grade bitumen or emulsion to require line grade and level to serve as vearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grates to be followde by seal coat or either as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C (i), as per Technical Specification Clause 510
