Removing of old foam leatherite raxion from couch examination and provision of new 50 mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density (Make-Sleepwell/Kurlon) and covering of foam with leatherite raxion of best quality complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Cost of all type screw, pvc shoe and steel surface painting of one coat synthetic enamel paint (White)of couch examination shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Supply and fix new bracket in replacement triangular shape of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm with 02 Nos steel screws made out of teak wood duly polished to match the existing Chair complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement new Rubber/PVC shoe of superior quality with steel plated screws of suitable size complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

Removal of old cushion and Supply and fixing of new seat cusion of 75 mm thick 40 density completely covered with approved tepestry cloth, Rate of tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs 350/- per RM. Rest all as shown on drawing and as directed by the Engr - in - Charge.

Material and labour for polishing with two coats of french polish after preparation of old/ new surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to Hat Stand with Mirror Small/Large FD-233, FD-362

Removing of old unserviceable ply wood of hat stand and Supply & fix new ply wood of hat stand of existing with 3.5 mm thick sunmica top and 4 mm thick teak wood ediging all round complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable pegs of hat stand and Supply and fix new metal pegs of hat stand as per existing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per drg.
