M & L for repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road aggregate, chippings etc), and making good to receive BM/semi dense asphaltic concrete etc complete by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of unsurfaced Black top surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make: HINCOL or equivalent)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne vibrating roller, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the Auth before providing BM.

M & L for surface dressing to existing black top surfaces applying evenly a tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer sprayer over premix bituminous macadam surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Make: HINCOL or equivalent)

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the Auth before providing SDAC.

S & F Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair convex mirror of size 800 x800 mm fixed over polycarbonate sheet of suitable size red in colour fixed over stainless steel pole of proper size and fix in ground with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing in repair plastic speed bumps of block size 500 x400 x75 mm in black and yellow or combination of two colour with 2 reflector both side carrying load capacity 50 Ton fixed over road as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed

supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos.
