Comprehensive maintenance of HOT gantry crane of capacity 1 Ton to 2 Ton, greasing & oiling of component, checking of serviceability of all component complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT gantry crane of capacity 0.3 Ton to 3 Ton, greasing & oiling of component, checking of serviceability of all component, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT gantry crane of capacity 5 Ton to 10 Ton, greasing & oiling of component, checking of serviceability of all component, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 1 to 3:- (i) Replacement of unserviceable Spare part will be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule (ii) Comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out for 4 time in a year (@ interval of 3 months) for each crane and shall be measured as one Unit for payment

Deployment of tools / equipment for Comprehensive load testing of HOT/EOT gantry crane of capacity 0.3 Ton to 3 Ton carrying out (once in a year) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deployment of tools / equipment for Comprehensive load testing of EOT gantry crane of capacity 5 Ton to 10 Ton carrying out (once in a year) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 4 & 5:- (i) Required load for testing of crane will be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. (ii) Load testing shall be carried out through authorise service provider of OEM and Contractor shall produce certificate after load testing for the same.

Material and labour for changing of gear oil of EOT crane of capacity 0.3 to 10 ton after draining out old oil cleaning of gear box etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling & Refixing of wire rope of EOT/HOT crane from Rope Drum of capacity of 0.3 ton to 10 ton connecting complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge. (Note -Checking of wire for its strenghing capacity and serviceability of steel wire rope.)

M&L for Repairing of 1 HP / 2 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

Material and labour for renewal earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized steel strip of 25 x4 mm size by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and.....

.......15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip of Galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm complete fixed to wall / chases or buried in ground or drawn through conduit in any position or any other situation for loop earthing etc with and including epoxy insulators with necessary fixture complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in - Charge.

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip of Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm complete fixed to wall / chases or buried in ground or drawn through conduit in any position or any other situation for loop earthing etc with and including epoxy insulators with necessary fixture complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in - Charge

Brazing of copper strip using brazing torch of suitable temp and using brazing rod all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge.

Dismantling & Refixing of servo Voltage Stabilizer / isolation transformer of any capacity (10 KVA to 400 KVA) and Testing for its serviceability with identifying the fault at installed location complete directed by Engg in Charge. (Note :- Transportation charges to & fro if required is deemed to be in the rate quoted & Item replace cost measure separately from BoQ)

Overhauling of isolation transformer of capacity 750 KVA 433 V, by disconnecting connections, draining out complete transformer oil, cleaning & descaling of entire internal surface, core & winding, reassemble, by replacement of nut, bolt, washer packing etc, refilling the same transformer oil reconnecting with connections, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following transformers.

Note:- (i) Filtration of transformer oil if required will be measured & paid separately. (ii) Topping up with new transformer oil if required will be measured & paid separately (iii) Any spare Part & rewinding if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repair.

M & L for rewinding of Stabilizer /Isolation transformer of any capacity by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning of limb thoroughly and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire of the same gauge and turn with proper class of insulation impegrauated & baking, assembling and testing including replacement of cork sheet, neoprene gasket etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair Electronic circuit card comprising IC's, Regulators, Condensers, Transistors, Triac etc of servo controlled voltage stabilizer of any capacity complete all as specified & directed by Engg in Charge.

Supply & fix in repair protection alarm circuit incorporating High & Low voltage cut-off, overload cut-off, phase reversal protection of servo voltage stabilizer of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge.

Supply & fix in repair torque motor of capacity 10 kg.cm for servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge.

Supply & fix in repair torque motor of capacity 20 kg.cm for servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed by Engg in Charge.

Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil of Isolation transformers, Stabilizers etc of various capacities installed at different locations by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength not less than 40 KV. Note :- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for following :- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete.

(iii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid in relevant item as required (iv) Dehydration & filtration of oil transformer shall be carried out ON-Line. Shut down will be given for making necessary pipe / hose line connection from machine to stabilizer / transformer

Supply & topping up of transformer oil up to required level for Isolation transformer , stabilizers etc of dielectric strength 50 KV & above all as per IS specification.

Preventive maintenance / servicing of electric operated boom barrier for smooth functioning of any make, maintenance by cleaning of complete unit checking of all electrical component & wiring etc oiling / greasing of moving part including replacement of unserviceable component complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-(i) Unserviceable spares parts will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repair.

(ii) Maintenance Work shall be executed through Authorised service technician of OEM.

(iii) Contractor shall submit the documentary evidence of Authorised service technician for the approval of GE before commencement of work.

(iv) Contractor shall submit certificate, obtain from Authorised service centre that work has been executed by them.

(v) Above said certificate shall be endorse by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair of boom of boom barrier any length fabricated with aluminium rectangular section of size 45 mm x 100 mm x wall thickness 1.5 mm, cut to size including powder coating & reflective sheet band complete as directed & as per manufacture instruction.

Supply & fix in repair barrier lock for the safety of mother board, motor from dust and better serviceability complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair wireless Remote control unit with battery for opening & closing of boom of boom barrier complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of complete Mother Board, comprising control board of boom barrier, Limit switch interface, radio receiving interface complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Radio receiver for communicate with remote and control board complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying 40 mm bore mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for protection of cable / earth continuity conductor etc, fixed to poles / wall with clamp nut bolt etc / laid on roof or laid on floors, road, crossing or ducts etc, including taking down old tubing complete all as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
