OD385605/2025-2026:Supply, conveyance, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 320KVA Diesel Generator set with standard control panel integral with acoustic enclosure keeps 75 db at 1 mtr as per CPCB IV + norms with standard accessories as per technical details given below . A. Engine (i) . Make of Engine - Kirloskar/cummins/Volvo/Cater Pillar (ii). Type of Engine - Diesel engine . No. of cylinders - As per manufacturers standards. (iv) . Engine instrument panel and engine control with microprocessor based display, integrable with AMF and communicating compatible (viii). DEF tank (ix) . Exhaust gas treatment system (x). Diesel tank capacity of minimum 600 liter or as per manufacturers standards inbuilt with the acoustic enclosure. (xi) . Engine output - 380Bhp or as per manufacturers standards B. Alternator . a). Make :- Kirloskar/KEL/Stamford/LEROYSOMER b). Type :- Self excited and self regulated c). Capacity :- 320KVA/256 KW at 0.8 pf d). System voltage :- 3 phase , 415 V e). Frequency :- 50 Hz f). Insulation :- Class F/H . The alternator should confirm to IP 4722.g). Load test shall be conducted on the 320KVA DG set in various step loads i.e., at half load, 80% load , full load for One and half hours and 10% overload for 20 minutes. The test certificate should be produced in standard format from the manufacturers.
