Clearing and grubbing of Road land including uprooting vegetation, grass, bush, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used for auctioned up to 1000 m including top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201by Manual Means. (In area of non-thorny jungle)

Dismantling of flexible pavment bituminous course and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m,stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Excvation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100m (Average lead 50 m) including trimming bottom and side slopes in accodance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site up to 5Km, spreading to required slope and compaction to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layer to meet requirement of Table 300.2 for subgrade construction.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roler to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading-2 of 63-45 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggreagate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading-3 of 53-22.4 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coase aggreagate, watering and compacting to eh required density. Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Laying Brick on edge pavement on pataries with bricks laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base proper slope and its ramming spreading a layer of 1 cm depth of loal sand over sub grade and including supply of all materials labour T & P required for proper completion of work as per UPPWD SI No. 763

Construction of dry lean cement (DLC) concrete sub-base over a prepared subgrade width coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not toexceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after biending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less then 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not tobe less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, said with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibrator roller, finishing and curing etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement, over a prepared sub base, with 53 grade cement @ 450.00kg per cum (M-40), coarse sand fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fix form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler separation membrane, seallant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie bar, tie rod, admixture as approved, curing compound, finishing to line and grade as per drawing.
