SPL REPAIR TO ROAD AND WIDENING OF PATH / SHOULDER OF INTERNAL ROADS AT KHEMKARAN VIHAR AT KOTA MIL STN

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep and removing to a distance not exceeding 50m and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix laid with hydrostatic Mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cakes mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with min 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG-30 laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver over primed black top surfaces and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 a rate of application of 0.3- 0.4 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunkensurfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal making good) by applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen VG-30@ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of Old Concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc.complete all as specified and directed.
