Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S& F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, coloumns , angles, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters of angle , pipe sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into apikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed baluster; walk ways; railings; framedwork or water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to new steel and iron surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over 1 coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on gates, fencing post etc…... all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F concertena coil dia of coil 600mm to be fixed over security wall barbed wire fencing including all neccessry fittings and clits coil streached upto 06 to 08 mtr only over at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and seting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out bricks , forming toothing for and bonding new in to old work including matrial entering old wallsand jointing and pointing in CM 1:4 ( Measured on vertical surface inn contact with old wall ) all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer on walls all as specified and direcrted.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm gd aggregate) as in filling of post holes,bed block Ditto, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washing, rubbingdown and stopping of old painted surfaces,and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls over one coat of primer including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings of 100 thick all as specified and as directed

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified
