RequiredCopy of satisfactory physical verification report issued by any one of the nominated Divisional Engineers by the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage for this specific purpose as per Memo.No:CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage/T1/F-Hired Vehicles/D.No.1007/2025-26; Dt:18.02.2026 shall be uploaded. RequiredCopy of EPF Registration Certificate (If EPF payment is NOT APPLICABLE to the firm/contractors, an undertaking may be submitted).
RequiredSatisfactory Service Certificate to the firm/contractor towards execution of same/similar work during FY 2025-26 from the competent authority shall be uploaded. In case of new firms/other firms who do not have experience during FY 2025-26, the experience condition may be exempted upon submission of self declaration certificate in this regard
RequiredThe individual contractors/firms should ensure that the Aadhaar is linked with PAN and the same shall be uploaded. Other than individual contractors/firms, self certification shall be uploaded.
