PETTY REPAIRS REWIRING OF ALL INTERNAL ELECTIC SUPPLY OF BUILDING INCLUDING SUBMAIN, REPAIR OF ALL TYPES OF FANS, GEYSERS, ACS, COOLERS, GARDEN LIGHTS, BUILDING SECURITY LIGHTS ETC AND ALLIED MAINT WORKS IN TECHNICAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA AT IRDE UN

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ BOQ Item No.1.00). (i) Split type AC's shall be taken from department on "as and where installed" basis. (ii) Split type AC's are to be maintained for heating as well cooling , where this provision is in the machine. (iii) The spare parts measured & paid separately as supply only rates. Rate for fixing of spare parts (ie compressor, condensing coil, cooling coil & blower motor) under relevant items shall be included in item No.1). (iv) The contractor shall ensure and assess at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Split type AC's in proper working condition, at the time of taking over and he shall be laible to make all listed handed over units functional. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item.

Repair to existing compressor unit of suitable capacity/ model in the unit properly for 1.5/2.0 TR window/Split type AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new Rotory type compressor sealed unit of suitable capacity/ model in the unit properly for 1.5/2.0 TR window/Split type AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new condensing coil unit for Split type AC of any type/ any capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only blower motor including fan blade, capacitor complete suitable for split type AC 1.5 ton/2.0 ton capacity 1/8 HP, 220 Volts, single phase complete,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for charging refrigerant gas in the system of window/Split type AC of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note : The refrigerant gas measured and paid separately under relevant items as applicable as ‘supply only’).

M&L for replacement of unserviceable remote control assembly with PCB plate complete with connections suitable for Split AC 1.5TR/2TR single phase capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable Inverter PCB for Indoor complete with connections suitable for Split AC 1.5TR/2TR single phase capacity complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement refrigerant copper tubing 5/8" / 1/2" dia (as per existing one) with 22 gauge , fixed on wall / ceiling with saddle as per site requirement including making joints by brazing / flairing and checking for any leakage complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement refrigerant copper tubing 3/8" / 1/4" dia (as per existing one) with 22 gauge , fixed on wall / ceiling with saddle as per site requirement including making joints by brazing / flairing and checking for any leakage complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement foam type insulation sleeve for copper tubing 5/8" / 1/2"/ 3/8" / 1/4" dia (as per existing one) binding and securing the insulation firmly with copper tubing as per site requirement complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable reverse cycle valve in window/Split type AC of 1.5 / 2 TR cap. and welding, brazing with copper tubing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacemnt of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of unserviceable Outdoor unit body complete with out compressor unit suitable for existing Split type AC of 1.5 TR capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of unserviceable indoor unit body complete suitable for existing Split type AC of 1.5 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing Geyser of capacity 25/50 ltrs, any make and taking out the same in any position from the existing location. cleaning and de-scaling the inner tank using de-scaling solution mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits /scale is removed as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, brazing for stopping leakage of copper inner tank/gas welding for inner steel tank, re- assembling the complete Geyser after cleaning, Fixing and installation of Geyser in position and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Opening the Geyser for inspection, repairs and reassembling the same as per the original assembly after repairs/ replaceing the wourn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered including re-fixing same position of the Geyser and making electric connection, water inlet and outlet connection, testing and checking of all the functioning of water inlet outlet valves connected with geysers.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts if any requires replacement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / Md Hostel/ Workshop/ Installations etc) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing exhaust fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / Md Hostel/ Workshop/ Installations) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 33.00 and 34.00: (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & from of fans to workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Cost of minor repair i.e. loose connection tightening, oiling greasing, tightening nut- bolts, insulating wire etc deemed to be inclusive in the item rate above. (v) Writing of fan No. and painting of fans shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Supply only the following new parts suitable for the ceiling/ exhaust fans, wall bracket fans & pedestal fans, air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep :- Note :- Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for Sch ‘A’ item.

Supply only complete hanging assembly set comprising with rubber reel, MS clamps, nuts, bolts with lock pins suitable for any type of fans & down rods of length 300mm.

Supplying only PVC fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions of 250/300 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit)

Supplying only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions of 250/300 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit)

Supply only MS tube medium grade 15mm dia duly finished with white colour two coats over a coat of red oxide primer cutting in desired length from 300 mm to 1500mm, cutting slot and drilling hole for down rod of fan complete all as specifieda and directed.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for the following Fans:-

Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of exhaust fan of 250/300 mm sweep.

Taking down existing worn out louvers of any description , in any position and supplying & fixing new louvers for exhaust fan of 250/300mm sweep all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note: The louvers shall be of shape, size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer)

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable ceiling fan modular regulator of any description and in any position/ location and supply and fixing ceiling fan modular regulator electronic, step type, 1M size modular type , suitable for ceiling fans of any capacity, pre-wired 230 volts AC 50Hz supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of existing fans of any description of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of existing fans of any description of exhaust fan of 250/300/450mm sweep with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint grey by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing GI tubing 40mm, medium grade for hanging of ceiling fans including cutting holes in walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement sand mortar 1:4 and finish the surface to match with existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of carefully unserviceable Aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc removing materials for store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be taken as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed conduit wiring in walls and surface with GI saddles GI screws, rawal plugs in ceiling or roof if not possible including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for one light/Fan point controlled by one Switch.

M&L in replacement UNSV of sub main wiring using four single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of suitable dia not less than 32 mm dia with standard accessories along-with two run of PVC(green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor wall/ ceiling/concealed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement UNSV of sub main wiring using four single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of suitable dia not less than 32 mm dia with standard accessories along-with two run of PVC(green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.
