EXTENSION OF RUNWAY AND ANCILLARY SERVICES AT BAREILLY

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete/ Bitumenous concrete / WMM (Hardstanding) in ground floors and pavings of any thickness (below or above ground level) by mechanical tools, diamond cutter and removing the debris/ spoil to a distance exc. 1.5 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator), n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft & loose soil all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base using earth obtained from from excavation of earth complete all as spd and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 500 m but n exc. 1 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 1.5 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 5 km but n exc. 6 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 6 km but n exc. 7 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 300 mm thick in two layers (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.
