Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50x75 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note: For WPC solid door frames, minus 5mm tolerance in Dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) glazed and skeleton shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note wiremesh and building hardware shall be paid seperately.

Supply and fixing Three- TRACK UPVC SLIDING WINDOW are made of UPVC extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3 mm ( + 0.2 mm ), Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame ( 122mm x 54 mm ), Sliding Glazed sash ( 80 mm x 47 mm ), Mesh sash ( 64 x 47mm ) Sliding interlock ( One vertical length in each shutters ) ( 43 mm x 50.5 mm ), Glazing bead ( 29.5 mm x 21.8 mm ) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket,1.5 mm(+ 0.2 mm) thick, galvanized steel in Frame 2nos.,Sliding sash and Sliding mesh sash to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners, hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.). complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-incharge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type B-I, using 20mm graded stone agg as in hold fast etc., .complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing 150mm aluminium handles, cast type, anodised ,complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing 200mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed ,complete all as specified and as directed.
