Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his or her name in the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value if the work is ongoing) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work of the value not less than Rs 26.10 lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to tender under this contract) Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division (The cost of completed work of previous year shall be updated to 2024-25 by given the weightage at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited).

The annual turnover from all classes of civil engineering works should be costing not less than Rs. 52.20 Lakhs, in any of the two financial years during the last five years (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25). Audited profit and loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with the copy of income tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. Duly mentioning UDIN on Turnover certificate (from CA). (The annual turnover of previous year shall be updated to the year of tender invitation at 10% per annum).

Liquid asset and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 15.66 Lakhs (unconditional credit lines/letters of credits/certificates from nationalized/scheduled banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by then nationalized/scheduled/commercial banks as per prescribed format enclosed as.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
