M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor of average 25 mm thick including preparation of existing surface complete all as specified.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately in respective items)

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

M&L APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method.

M & L for powder coated Aluminium frame and shutter for sliding & openable, door, windows, partation & ventilators (movable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels / shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, locking arrangement, (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 micron for windows, door, partation and ventilators with natutal matt fininsh) complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- (i) Glass to be measured and paid separately under respective of work. (ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber gasket/ PVC gasket, glazing clips, screws etc as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight. M&L for 0.9mm thick decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and patterns as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's insturctions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC Sheet rainforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail.
