Supply , install, testing and commissioning of silent (acoustic enclouser type) Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 100 KVA, CPCB IV+ norms, alongwith necessary PCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads, RECD type-IV , 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with Auto Main Failure Panel directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories, equipment control panel etc as per BS/IS-5514/10002, complete and including of the followings:- (Make : Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Greaves/ Mahindra) (a) Alternator:- 100 KVA output at 0.8 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 C/S, brush less, self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two end shield ball/Roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces, class 'H' insulation with IP-23 protection and voltage regulation + 1.5% as per IS-4722 or BS 2613 -1970 all as specified and directed. Make Kirloskar/crompton/stamford. (b) Diesel engine : Diesel engine multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled electric start suitable capacity to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, cold starting, speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and residential silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump preheaters etc all as specified. (c) Control panel. The standard control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for the followings- (i) Gen set controller microprocessor based multifunctional with LED display for engine water temperature, Lub oil pressure, Engine RPM, Engine shut down display, total Hours run and suitable for protection against high water pressure, low lub oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure

(ii) Digital multifunctional meter with LED display suitable to display all electrical parameters of individual phase such as Voltage, current, frequency, KVA, KW, power factor and having RS 485 communication port complete with appropriate CTs and control wiring. (iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt AC of suitable capacity not less than 250 Amps all as required complete with copper bus bar all as per standard engineering practice and as per manufacturer recomendations. (iv) HRC fuses for protection as per standard engineering practice and manufacturer recommendations for protection of meters etc. (d) Electric Starter Equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followings:- (i) Start Stop push button. (ii) Maint free Battery duly initial charged & Battery lead of adequate capacity (iii) Foundation as per manufacturer recommendation

Supply and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts g de of size 95 sqmm x 3.5 core laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed o walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles vetc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto, but sec. area 16 sqmm X 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of electric cables or water pipe etc, not exc 10 sqmm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge.

Retuming filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the startin ointcomplete all as s ecified complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note Only Punned thickness of sand will be measured

Supply, laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mm x 150 mmx 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for G/ pipe ,light grade 80mm dia for road crossing of cable for cable protection laid in trenches or above ground surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Changeover switch On load type of capacity 160 Amps 4 Pole complete with sheet enclosure and handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Factory made outdoor LT feeder piller box, double door type of suitable size, padestal mounted, CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, Front and rear openable type made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and having proper locking arrangement duly painted to both internal and External surfaces with super enaleled paint over a coat of red oxide and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising of three phase coppere busbarr of current carrying capacity 400 Amps mounted on angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm x 80 cm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6, including excavation / preparation of ground complete connecting UG cable with cable glands of suitable size Make :SMS Panels and Switch Gears/ Universal switch gears Control and equivalent (233 Fd Wksp)

M&L for boring the holes under roads pavements, hardstanding by treanch less techonology, using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including DI/CI/GI/HDPE/PP-R Pipe of 25 mm to 150 mm bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling hardstanding and taking out interlocking tiles from path way and keeping aside or safe custory for reuse including replacement of damaged tiles or PCC and road after laying of cable including necessary Sand, PCC work required as per site requirement, making disturbed surface good as original and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.6 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts galvanized iron or steel all as shown •in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR PT- I testing on completion with & incl. 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for earth lead, PCC (1:3:6) pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type Bl cover slab with one handle made out of 8mm dia round bar, watering arrangement with funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore light grade Gl pipe, common salt & charcoal alternative layers, necessary excavation earth work, including earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and as directed. Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% with digital display showing input and output voltage of capacity 4 KVA, intellegent time delay system wall mounted with built in thermal overload complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm FR, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn drawn through & PVC conduit of size 20 mm and above incl all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed. incl taking out old wiring and conduit
