Material and labour for chequered Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm with grey cement and no pigment, hydraulically machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over and including 50mm thick compacted thickness of river sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator as cushioning to paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb, mud stop rounded or chamferred edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material, soil exc 50 m and n.exc 100 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
