Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Overhead NB150, Stainless Steel 304 Seamless Pipe as per ASTM standard A312 ANSI B36.19 Schedule-10 (length: 6m) by cutting, making V-grooves then joining by Gas welding through suitable filler material including making Structure/ platform for the work, T&P, safety gears, consumable items & labour charges etc. complete in all respect.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of NB150, Stainless Steel 304 Seamless 90° Bend as per ASTM standard A403 ANSI B16.9 M Schedule-10 by making V-grooves then joining by Gas welding through suitable filler material including making Structure/platform for the work, T&P, safety gears, consumable items & labour charges etc. complete in all respect.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of NB150, Stainless Steel 304 Slip on Flanges as per ASTM standard A182 ANSI B16.5 M Class-150# along with companion SS304 Machine Bolts, Nut & washer as per ASTM A193 standard by Gas welding through suitable filler material including making Structure/platform for the work, T&P, safety gears, consumable items & labour charges etc. complete in all respect.
Dismantling of existing Overhead pipeline of Shaft seal clear water line (Size-NB150) by cutting & making arrangements/ platform /structure with all structural material, consumable materials, T&P, Safety gears and labour charges etc. complete in all respect.
Note: 1. Payment terms: 100% payment within 30 days on submission of invoice after successful completion of Work. 2. Validity of Offer: 120 days. 3. GST Shall be paid Extra as per Applicable. 4. Freight, P&F & insurance shall be in the scope of Supplier up to Site. 5. Boarding, Lodging & local conveyance shall be in the scope of Contractor. 6. HSN/SAC code should be mentioned with the offer. 7. UT & DPT testing of welding joints shall be done by the contractor through competent Level-II Testing Engineer & report of the same shall be submitted. 8. Electricity shall be provided by THDCIL free of cost at site.
