Operation & Maintenance charges
Operation and Maintenance including cost of operators, cost of all materials and consumables during the Defect Liability Period of one year for 15 KLD STP at Shathabdi Mandiram, Alappuzha Municipality (Quote shall inclusive of Electrical and fuel charges,chemicals, enzymes for remediation, spare parts, lubricants, skilled & unskilled operators/drivers, replacement of Electrodes etc. complete as required to ensure confirmation with effluent output standards of Kerala State Pollution Control Board complete in all respects) Note: Payment for Statutory fees ,Electricity charge etc will not reimburse. Alappuzha Municipality shall not pay any additional amount over & above the quoted amount .
Operation & Maintenance charges for Four Years after the first year of successful commissioning of 15 KLD STP at Shathabdi Mandiram, Alappuzha Municipality ( ie, after the Defect Liability Period ) inclusive of chemicals, enzymes for remediation, spare parts, lubricants, skilled & unskilled operators,etc complete in all respects required for the successful O&M including labour charges, (Quote shall inclusive of Electrical and fuel charges,chemicals, enzymes for remediation, spare parts, lubricants, skilled & unskilled operators/drivers, replacement of Electrodes etc. complete as required to ensure confirmation with effluent output standards of Kerala State Pollution Control Board complete in all respects) Total cost for O&M from 2nd year onwards for the further four years Note: Payment for Statutory fees ,Electricity charge etc will not reimburse. Alappuzha Municipality shall not pay any additional amount over & above the quoted amount
