Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two Sand : Fopur graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantilevers, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of blocks fly ash masonry with cement concrete blocks of size 40x19x20cm (Forty into nineteen into twenty centimetres) thick including quion block jamb blocks and closers etc; made of cement concrete with 1:3:6 (One cement : Three sand: - Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size laid with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) including curing complete in super structurre upto all floor lavel complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work (Shampion shade colour coated) for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/ panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws for doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames. All complete as per architectural drawings complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 300x16 mm (Three hundered into Sixteen millimetres) nominal size aluminum oxidized of IS make sliding door bolts anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 200x10mm (Two hundred into Ten milimetres) size aluminium Tower bolts (Barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc; as directed by the Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Providing and fixing 150x10mm (One hundred fifty into Ten milimetres) nominal size aluminium Tower bolts (Barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc; including entire carriage of materials as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 125mm (One hundred twenty five milimetres) nominal size aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve millimetres) thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade panelled shutters including bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying and fixing plate glass 5.5mm (Five decimal Five milimetres) thick glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm (Two decimal five zero) square metres upto any thickness including cutting the patches in proper shape and re-plastering the surfacing to the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) complete, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Kazaria or its equivalant 300x300mm (Three hundred into Three hundred millimetres) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (Twelve millimetres) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete, as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles 300x300 (Three hundred into Three hundred millimetres) thick (Double charged tiles) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (Twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface as per HPPWD technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Wall painting(Two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt grease,loose pieces of scale and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface complete as per HPPWD technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Extra over items 15 for every sub sequent coat of wall paint of approved brand and manufacture as per HPPWD technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Grinding of marble chips skirting or dado upto any height (Rubbed and polished to granalithic finish) complete as per HPPWD technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals
