Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m (Fifty meter)Ordinary rock, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (One Cement isto four coarse sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :-Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in all depths and in all heights from floor,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto 1.5 (one point five ) coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position including cost of binding wire and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 100mm (One hundred milimeter) (NTC, Nitco, Modern, GICO) thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
