M&L for carrying out repairs to Chair revolving (Officer Chairs) by replacing cushions of seat [460x500mm size, 100mm thick, 40 density] & back [460x260mm, 75mm thick, 32 density] covered with tapestry cloth, including replacement of supporting belts and hessian cloth complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for removing the existing unserviceable plywood from both sides of "Foot Board" of bed plywood top and supply and fix 4mm thick plywood OST grade of approved quality with ½" teak wood beading as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Drg No. FD-246]

M&L for removing old unserviceable/ worn-out cushions from sofa single seater with detachable cushions and S&F new cushion of size 560x530x100mm thick 40 density for seat & 32 density for back, covered with tapestry cloth of approved shade & quality over a cover of lining cloth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for removing old unserviceable/ worn-out tapestry cloth covers of cushions from sofa single seater with detachable cushions and S&F new covers stitched with tapestry cloth of approved shade & quality over a cover of lining cloth for cushion of size 560x530x100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for taking down unserviceable wooden arm rest of sofa set single/ three seater and S&F new arm rest of same size made out of 1st class teak wood to shape all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Drg No. FD-281]

S&F hard rubber shoes to bottom of legs of chair dining/ Teapoy/ Table dining/ Centre table duly screwed as shown on drawing including removing existing perished shoe. [Drg No. FD-16(M), 278, 239, 273, 274]

M&L for preparation of wooden surfaces of desk/table by scraping with emery paper, dusting, applying putty wherever required and polishing the surfaces with French polish to obtain glossy finish all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Drg No. FD-17(M)]

S&F new medium grade MS Rectangular iron 1.88 mtr long, fixing arrangement with nuts and bolts at both ends and fixed to foot rest and head reat with nuts and bolts with iron flat stip as branches of bed all as directed.

S & F new MS Rectangular iron head rest 1.00 mtr length and 1.00 mtr Height assembled with suitable size of prelaminated head rest fully arranged with fixing nuts and bolts of suitable size for attachment of lomg rail of MS rectangular pipe as directed.

S & F new MS Rectangular iron Foot Rest 1.00 mtr length and 0.6 mtr height assembled with suitable size of prelaminated foot railing fully arranged with fixing nuts and bolts of suitable size for attachment of lomg rail of MS rectangular pipe new legs for bed complete fixing all as specified. (Note: plywood for the items no 45,46,47 has been considered in item no 25 (25 Nos) for making new bed).

M&L for removing defaced looking mirror and unserviceable plywood back from table dressing Gents with mirror and S&F new 5.5mm thick looking mirror of size 760X380mm and 6mm thick BWR commercial ply wood duly fixed to back side and teakwood plank piece all-round the mirror frame including provision of 02 Numbers key hole plate 3mm thick at back side of plywood for hanging purpose all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for removing unserviceable top and both sides from table dressing Ladies with mirror and S&F new top and both sides made out of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade with Natural teak veneers on one face including 4mm thick teak wood edging on front side all as specified and as shown on drawing.
