Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr ( 100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches. as per .DAR 2.8.1

Providing & Laying cement concreet 1:6:12 40mm gauge brick ballast etc. As per SI No 273

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² as per DAR No 12.1.3

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding andbolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. As per DAR 10.25.2

12mm thick plaster with cement approved C-sand in 1:4 including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per SI No 02 DsR 13.4.1

P/A Cement based wall putty. As per DSR 13.80

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paints & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic vamish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.As per S I No 641+642

Distempering (Two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J & N Shalimar. Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. (upto floor two level S I No 649+650

Reinforced cement concrete work excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with l:1.5:3 (l cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-Ill) : 3 graded stone aggegate 20 mm nominal size as per DAR (5.2.2)

Miled steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not wrougt to include in over all rates) wrought to required shape as mecessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level.
