Dismantling of Compresser/Chiller/condenser and related pump-motor, piping, duct, base plate, valves, starter/ electricals and related structure etc. (at Basement of Admin. Building)
Dismantling of Cooling tower, Fan/ motor unit, base plate, duct and piping, starters/electricals and related structure etc. ( at roof of Admin building)
Dismantling of Air washer, cooling fins, Blower motor unit, duct, water pump- motor unit, piping, starter, base plate, and related structures etc. ( at roof of Admin building)
Dismantling of pipelines, support structures etc from basement of Main Administrative building (mounted on walls of basment)
Removing/shifting/making lot and stacking the spares, assemblies of HVAC plant complete set to the places instructed by Engr-I/c. within lead of 500 mtrs inside the compound. Note: job includes shifting of some previously dismantled ducts stored at roof of Admin building.
