Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5 lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer incharge (Excluding Royalty). Same as in item no. 253 above but including watering, dressing & compacting the soil to achieve 95% proctor density. Sl no. 253a

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading - 2

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses; built up gates, door, frames, record racks roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & its fixing required for proper completion of the work. Sl.no 503.

Painting at New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm.). Sl.no 13.46.1

Painting first coat over priming coat(but including cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work. (SI no 1+2)

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes using Stone spalls of required size 40 mm avg size complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing and laying stone boulder pitching using 25-60 kg stone boulder on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and technical specifications .

Providing and laying stone boulder apron on river bed for protection againest scour with stone boulder weighting not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and technical specifications (MORT&H Specification no 2503

Supply and laying of empty cement bags filled with local earth sand and carriage up to site of work including stiching loading and unloading stacking and also including supply of material labour T&P required for proper complition of the work etc as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy. M.O.R.T&H specification section 2800.

Repairing by sealing of cracked / porous concrete in the jack points, girders,cross girder and abutment etc. with Epoxy Grout by injection process through nipples including making of grooves, sealing of cracks etc. complete as per M.O.R.T&H specification section 2803.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

M-20 : Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and as per MORT&H Specification Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.
